After expanding his practice into professional coaching in 1996, he has trained thousands of coaches for the Coaches Training Institute, serving as a supervisor, mentor, and faculty for 14 years. Before consulting and coaching, Craig practiced holistic medicine which, he says, helped hone his skills and mindset as a systemic thinker. He holds an MA in Social Psychology and Counseling and an M.Ac. from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, as well as certifications in both Family Dynamics and System Dynamics in Organizations.

Gillian Windsor, CPCC, PCC, BCC, is a certified Organizational System Dynamics facilitator, internationally recognized Executive Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and creator of The Ascendant Woman Program for Professional Women. Gillian is a pioneer in the coaching industry. She has helped thousands of students become professional coaches through her work as Senior Faculty at the Coaches Training Institute from 1996-2010.
