“I had given up on training, formulaic “action coaches,” and any number of tests, profiles and personality assessments performed on my leadership team! They were a bit fed up, too, but our staff problems persisted. Turnover was killing us”.

I intuitively understood the idea that systemic principles were underneath our problems.  The group facilitation helped get us out of some dark woods.  It was eye-opening and compelling.  I wouldn’t say it was easy, but they knew what they were doing, and we felt they kept us safe every step of the way.
